GRED N41 – Full time, Contract of Service Position
|Responsible to lead and manage the Human Resources unit and its activities.|
|Report to Corporate Services Manager.
Your key task on a normal day include:
Planning and strategizing human resource for ASM.
Strategizing and managing training, performance appraisal, recruitment, staff benefits etc
Developing and implementing HR policies, procedures and regulations and monitoring compliance.
Overseeing and managing employer-employee relationships.
Preparing budget for human resource activities
Overseeing and ensuring staff records are updated and maintained.
|Leadership qualities, team player, analytical, meticulous, able to multi task and work under tight deadline, independent and good interpersonal skills with a sense of responsibility.|
|Qualification and Skills :|
|Candidate with Degree in Human Resources Management.|
|Working experience in Human Resources field is an advantage. Candidate with experience working in human resource department of Government entity may also apply.|
|Excellent communication, organisational and interpersonal skills.|
|Tactful and has ability to deal with difficult situation and difficult people.|
|Excellent working skill with Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint.|
|Excellent oral and written communication skills both in English and Bahasa Malaysia.|
|Salary is determined based on qualifications and working experiences. Minimum salary for N41 scheme is RM 2,080.00. Allowances amounting RM900 is also be paid.
Working hours from 8.30am – 5.30pm from Monday – Friday. Basic training and coaching will be provided. /td>
