2021 National Science Challenge: Caring for Nature Through Science

May 11, 2022[vc_row][vc_column][vc_column_text]The inaugural International Conference on Tropical Sciences (TropSc) jointly organised by the Mahathir Science Award (MSA) Foundation and ASM was held from 25 to 27 October 2021.[/vc_column_text][vc_column_text]The virtual conference provided a platform to bring together stakeholders to position the Tropics in the context of global development and identify needed interventions by the government, private sectors, and academia to advance the region in planetary health approach. At the end of the conference, a communique with the main messages of the conference was presented by the Chair. It is also a call for greater focus on the challenges of the Tropics.[/vc_column_text][/vc_column][/vc_row]
