It is imperative to understand, appreciate and support the 12<sup>th<\/sup> MP to transform Malaysia into a prosperous, inclusive, and sustainable country. Can the Twelfth Malaysia Plan be the ultimate game changer? The 35<sup>th<\/sup> IdeaXchange was organised virtually to provide insights from 12<sup>th<\/sup> MP specialists on 25 October 2021.<\/p>\n<p>MOSTI Minister YB Dato\u2019 Sri Dr Adham Baba emphasised the significance of STIE for effective COVID-19 pandemic recovery in his speech. Synergy among the quadruple helix is key for achieving success. The Minister also urged researchers to foster the <strong>WOW<\/strong> characteristics: <strong>W<\/strong>orld class pacesetting, <strong>O<\/strong>utstanding opportunity-creating and being <strong>W<\/strong>innable, transformative, and impactful.<\/p>\n<p>The IdeaXchange concluded that the 12<sup>th<\/sup> MP would not attain success only by single-handedly involving the quadruple helix.
