One of the panellists, Mr Tan Eng Tong, Chief Executive Officer of <a href=\"https:\/\/www.psdc.org.my\/\">Penang Skills Development Centre (PSDC)<\/a>, emphasised the industry\u2019s need to engage with schools early on, igniting students\u2019 interest and inspiring their involvement in the STI field.<\/p>\n<p>It was echoed by Professor (B) Dr Rose Alinda Alias, Secretary-General of <a href=\"https:\/\/www.akademiprofesor.org.my\/\">Akademi Profesor Malaysia<\/a>, who believed it is important how future-proof talents must be created with a blend of intelligent and adept skills.<\/p>\n<p>Dato\u2019 Professor Dr Elizabeth Lee Fuh Yen, the Group Chief Executive Officer of <a href=\"https:\/\/www.sunway.edu.my\/\">Sunway Education Group<\/a>, added that it is important for the student to understand and explore the real world through experiential learning. Thus, this will create an individual who can advocate sustainability in the future.<\/p>\n<p>ASM would like to thank all the panellists as well as the moderator Professor Dr V.
