Together with Science Advisors from around the world, such as Japan, the UK, the US and Italy, the main discussion focused on the role of S&amp;T advisors in the Era of Changing World.<\/p>\n<p>ASM President also accompanied the Minister of <a href=\"https:\/\/www.mosti.gov.my\/en\/\">MOSTI<\/a>, YB Tuan Chang Lih Kang, in a session with the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.mext.go.jp\/en\/\">Japan Minister of Education, Culture, Sports, Science and Technology<\/a> (MEXT). Minister of MOSTI proposed open science collaboration with Japan through <a href=\"https:\/\/mosp.gov.my\/\">MOSP<\/a> to strengthen R&amp;D. The agenda continued with MOSTI-MIGHT-ASM discussion with the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.nrf.gov.sg\/\">National Research Foundation Singapore<\/a> on the startup ecosystem and ASM President session with S&amp;T Co-Advisors of the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.mofa.go.jp\/\">Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Japan<\/a> on science and technology literacy and diplomacy.<\/p>\n<p>Throughout the STS Forum, the ASM President will also have an Academy of Science Presidents\u2019 Meeting with the theme of \u2018Recovery and Conservation of the Ocean\u2019s Ecosystems and Biodiversity\u2019.
