As such, the YSN-ASM is an avenue to establish strong networks and collaborations with international institutions, harnessing their expertise and knowledge to propel Malaysia\u2019s Science, Technology, Innovation and Economy (STIE) ecosystem.<\/p>\n<p>Earlier, YB Tuan Chang Lih Kang was involved in the dialogue session with the YSN-ASM members. During this session, questions and concerns from YSN-ASM members regarding the involvement of young scientists in the nation\u2019s STIE ecosystem were addressed. The outcome of this session is expected to bridge the gap between young scientists and the ministry, ultimately contributing to a stronger nation.<\/p>\n<p>In the same event, YB Tuan Chang Lih Kang graced the prize-giving ceremony to the winners of the <a href=\"https:\/\/ysn-asm.org.my\/chrysalis-award\/\">YSN-ASM Chrysalis Award<\/a>. The winner of the 2023 Chrysalis Award is Francis Tieng Yew Fu from Universiti Kebangsaan Malaysia (<a href=\"https:\/\/www.ukm.my\/portalukm\/ms\/selamat-datang\/\">UKM<\/a>). The runner-up is Chu Pei Hsia from Universiti Putra Malaysia (<a href=\"https:\/\/www.upm.edu.my\/\">UPM<\/a>), and Chan Jia Xin from Universiti Teknologi Malaysia (<a href=\"https:\/\/www.utm.my\/\">UTM<\/a>) is in third place.
