MSE merupakan salah satu langkah yang diambil oleh MOSTI mulai <a href=\"https:\/\/rmke12.ekonomi.gov.my\/bm\">RMKe-12<\/a> bagi mengubah corak projek R&amp;D di MOSTI menjurus ke arah pembangunan eksperimen yang bermatlamatkan penjanaan ekonomi.<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"x11i5rnm xat24cr x1mh8g0r x1vvkbs xtlvy1s x126k92a\">\n<div dir=\"auto\">Akademi Sains Malaysia merupakan agensi pelaksana MSE dalam melaksanakan mekanisme R&amp;D yang mampan seterusnya mengurangkan kebergantungan dana R&amp;D kepada Kerajaan bagi tempoh jangka masa panjang.
