ArtScience Virtual Exhibition Launch and Webinar Series #2

The Academy of Sciences Malaysia (ASM) in collaboration with the Maybank Foundation is launching its very first ASM ARTSCIENCE Prize 2020 Virtual Exhibition on 8 November 2021, showcasing thirteen (13) creative works shortlisted for the inaugural ArtScience™ Prize 2020. In conjunction with this launch, ASM ARTSCIENCE is organizing the second episode of its ArtScience™ Webinar Series on Transcending the Arts and Sciences, entitled: ‘Exploring the International Landscape of ArtScience’.

With globalisation, parallel movements of scientific advancement and creative artistic expression are now increasingly convergent. Integration of technology and aesthetic values through diverse elements and settings have enabled exciting and innovative ArtScience opportunities to be developed by its champions.

This webinar will explore the multifaceted ArtScience scene across an international landscape, featuring speakers from Europe, Indonesia, Singapore and Malaysia sharing their perspectives and initiatives aligned with the philosophy of ArtScience.
