Job Description :

  • Create multimedia content for various platforms, including, but not limited to Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, TikTok, and YouTube.
  • Ensure that designs are consistent and in accordance with brand guidelines.
  • Manage and maintain graphic files and brand assets, including photos & videos.
  • Daily media monitoring for weekly/monthly updates to the management.
  • Ensure proper archiving of reports and PR value tracking for management reporting.

Job Description:

ASM Press is searching for an Editor with an eye for detail and know-how to plan and manage all the moving parts of a publication to join our creative team. To excel, the candidate must possess expert knowledge of the English and Malay language in terms of editing, proofreading, creative content writing, as well as manage all steps in the publication process of our various types of technical and non-technical scientific pieces. The Editor will check for grammar, punctuation, clarity, concision, adherence to our house-style, able to work independently and collaboratively as a part of the ASM team.

Qualities :

Leadership qualities, analytical, meticulous, able to multi-task and work under tight deadlines, independent, confident, and good interpersonal skills with a sense of responsibility.

Responsibilities :

  • Set publication standards and establish goals and expectations.
  • Responsible for planning and executing the short- and long-term strategic plan for ASM publications.

  • Edit study reports and briefs, annual reports, books, speeches, factsheets, press releases, events collaterals, and other publications as assigned.

Effectively manage Information and Communication Technologies (ICT) at ASM which includes infrastructure, network, applications, system and database.

Job Description:

  • Strategise, plan and execute the development of ICT based on need analysis at ASM for organizational effectiveness;
  • Manage, monitor and oversee the maintenance of system, applications, network (LAN and WAN), components and devices;
  • Coordinate and oversee server performance, patching and server migration (P2V and V2P).
  • Manage and oversee support system, Firewall, Proxy, DNS, Router & Switches, and Access Point etc
  • Represent ASM at ministerial level ICT meetings and provide expert input.
  • Carry-out research, due diligence and performance analysis and prepare recommendation / review report on potential technologies/ application/ system for consideration of ICT committee.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist the organization to accomplish objectives by bringing a systematic, disciplined approach to evaluate and improve the effectiveness of risk management, control and governance processes.
  • Objectively review organization’s business processes and ensure compliance to relevant laws and statutes.
  • Review and perform audit procedures and internal audit functions in accordance to yearly audit plan which include identifying and defining internal control issues and mapping of process and procedures. Report directly to Internal Audit Committee.

Qualification:

  • Candidate with Degree in Accounting, Finance, Risk Management, Audit, Human Resource Management, Law, Business Studies/Administration/Management or equivalent.
  • Candidate with certification of Certified Integrity Officer (CeIO) has added advantage.
  • Minimum of 4-6 years of work experience in Risk Management, Audit, and/or Integrity field.
  • Knowledge in risk concepts, frameworks, and regulations, coupled with experience in risk management covering business and operational areas.

Provide legal counsel to ASM Management & Council and handle litigation work.

Responsibilities:

  • Act as the Corporate Legal Counsel and provide general legal advice for organization decisions regarding collaborative initiatives, project management, contracts and agreements or other practices.
  • Draft and negotiate contracts or agreements or non-disclosure clauses or any other documents that are legally binding to safeguard the interest and welfare of ASM.
  • Ensure all agreements signed by ASM are in compliance with ASM Act, government circulars, ASM policies, Malaysian Law and any other laws (national and international) that may be applicable.
  • Provide counsel to the Project Management Team and ASM Management.
  • Handle litigation work and represent ASM in court or at any legal meetings.
  • Monitor compliance of agreements and contracts signed by ASM and report to ASM CEO.

Qualification and Skills:

  • Degree in Law from a recognised university and pass the Bar Final Examination (Bar Final Examination).
  • Minimum 3 years of legal experience.
  • Have ability to analyse and understand different nature of businesses and can provide non-biased, independent and credible analysis and recommendations.
  • Excellent communication skills in English and Malay language both oral and writing.
  • High competency in using computer, Microsoft office software and internet tools.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage and coordinate programmes under the unit.

Qualities:

Analytical, meticulous, organised, able to work under minimal supervision and tight deadlines, self-motivated, team player and has good interpersonal skills. Candidate must also have strong leadership skills, ability to manage multiple projects and has good problem solving skills.

Your key task on a normal day include:

  • Strategise, design and plan programmes according to the programme objectives and in line with ASM goals and vision.
  • Coordinate and carry-out the implementation of the programmes and activities as planned.
  • Conduct feedback analysis and prepared report to Head of Unit.
  • Prepare minutes, reports, and proposals as well as handle correspondence with stakeholders ranging from ministry, industry, university and public.
  • Handle and organise meetings, workshops and other form of discussion platforms to garner input from stakeholders.

  • Preparing narratives or graphical forms of data that yield valuable insights to this study
  • Prepare necessary paperwork (e.g. Invitation letters, Payment forms etc.)
  • Coordinate and assist Senior Analyst/Principal Analyst in managing this research and activities relevant to this research
  • Perform other duties as assigned

  • To ensure research and analysis as determined by the Project Principle Investigator, Project Management Team and ASM Management
  • To ensure all deliverables adhere to the scope, timeline and Non-disclosure Agreement (NDA)
  • To abide by the terms and conditions of the NDA whereby all raw data obtained, research reports and findings issued under this study shall be under the intellectual property and copyrights of ASM.

  1. Registration (15 August 2022)
    • Registration Counter is at ASM Office, 14th Floor (West Wing), Menara Matrade.
    • The registration will be open from 9.15 am – 4.00 pm, (closed from 1.00pm – 2.00pm).
    • Candidates must display Mysejahtera status and ensure that they are healthy. Candidates placed under Covid-19 quarantine and symptomatic will not be allowed to proceed.
    • Candidates must wear facial masks and observe Covid-19 SOPs at all time.

    • submission of application form and resume, verification of certificates, checking on MQA accreditation.
