Advancing Foresight in ASEAN for a Postnormal World
November 18, 2025The ASM staff were celebrated on 31 October 2025 at the ASM Appreciation Ceremony 2024 and the 2025 Year-End Assembly, themed “Menghargai Keunikan, Meraikan Kecemerlangan”.
The event served as a platform to express appreciation for the dedication, commitment and spirit of ASM staff who have together shaped ASM’s 30-year journey as the nation’s STIE Thought Leader and Changemaker.
ASM CEO, Puan Hazami Habib, called on all staff to continue cultivating bold, norm-challenging thinking and to strive for higher-impact service.
She also emphasised the importance of practising the principles of Learn, Unlearn, Relearn, Co-learn, and Co-create as a guiding work philosophy in achieving excellence.
Meanwhile, ASM President, Academician Datuk Dr Tengku Mohd Azzman Shariffadeen FASc, highlighted the need to foster a culture of holistic, visionary thinking.
He also urged ASM staff to strengthen multiple forms of intelligence—intellectual, emotional, social and adversity intelligence—as pillars of a dynamic, civil and forward-looking organisation.

The ceremony also featured the presentation of the Long Service Award to staff who have served for 10 and 15 years as well as the High-Performing Officer Award, given to 10 recipients.
Note: Mr Muhammad Saiful Bahri Wan Din was not able to attend the meeting and as such, he is not shown in the photos.
The Excellent Service Award was given to Mr Muhammad Saiful Bahri Wan Din (Kumpulan Pelaksana) and Ms Nur Aziera Ahmad Tarmizi (Kumpulan Pengurusan dan Profesional).

Also honoured was Mr Mohd Zairi Mansor, who will be retiring after 29 years of service with ASM.
It is hoped that programmes like this will inspire the ASM workforce to continue moving forward with a spirit of unity, achieving even more success and maintaining excellence in the years ahead.
