ASM and AT&S Malaysia Sign MoU for E&E Talent Development

From 7 to 8 December 2023, ASM held a Strategic Workshop that involved the ASM Exco, Fellows, YSN-ASM, TRSM and the management team.
In this two-day Strategic Workshop, ASM President Academician Datuk Dr Tengku Mohd Azzman Shariffadeen FASc led the management team to review strategic plans and programmes towards formulating the way forward for 2024. It involves four key angles, which are “Mandate”, “Manpower”, “Method”, and “Money”.
Moving forward, the input of this Strategic Workshop will realign action plans to be incorporated in the new ASM Strategic Plan 2026-2030, a rebranding of ASM to enhance strategic positioning & create impact, diversify avenues for financial sustainability and restructure ASM’s talent development.
