ISTIC Appoints New Chair of Governing Board

ASM extends its warmest congratulations to Professor Dr Mohd Basyaruddin Abdul Rahman FASc on his appointment as the new Chair of the Governing Board of the International Science, Technology, and Innovation Centre (ISTIC) for South-South Cooperation under the Auspices of UNESCO.

• the integration of a developmental approach into national science and technology and innovation policies
• capacity building in science and technology through providing policy advice and exchange of experience and best practices
• creating a problem-solving network of centres of excellence in developing countries
