The Ministry of Science, Technology, and Innovation Sabah (KSTI) organised a workshop on KSTI Policy Roadmap and Strategic Plan from 12 to 15 January 2022 at the Magellan Sutera Resort in Kota Kinabalu, Sabah. The main objective of the workshop was to draft a suitable policy roadmap and strategic plan for KSTI from the year 2022 to 2025.
In relation to this, ASM was cordially invited by KSTI to attend the workshop to share its expertise and experience in science policy, strategic studies, and programmes in national scientific development.

The KSTI workshop was led by Tuan Haji Zainudin Aman, Permanent Secretary of KSTI and coordinated by Tuan Mokhzani Aris Mohd Yusof, Director of Malaysia Productivity Corporation (MPC). As a follow-up of the workshop in Sabah, KSTI recently visited the Academy on 26 January 2022. Moving forward, ASM will sign a MoU with KSTI to officiate the collaboration between both parties.
