On 17 January 2025, the ASM Chief Executive Officer presented the impacts of ASM’s achievements throughout 2024, as well as its direction for 2025, to the 109 staff of ASM via Perhimpunan Tahunan Bakat ASM 2025.
Puan Hazami Habib expressed her appreciation to the ASM staff for their energy and expertise throughout executing the 153 activities of 2024, which include initiatives, projects, and studies.
According to Puan Hazami, the ASM staff needs to function as a cohesive team that embodies elements of understanding, communication, interconnectedness, cooperation, clarity, and trust. These elements come together to improve operations, maintain quality talents and allow the organisation to continue carrying out new and high-impact initiatives.
The ASM CEO reminded everyone to remain committed to ASM’s vision and mission in 2025. She also shared several programs planned by the Strategic Studies, Analytics and Partnership Division, International Affairs and Communication Division, as well as the Corporate Services Division.
