I can’t log in. What should I do?
Please ensure you are using the correct Participant ID and password provided by your Mentor Teacher. You should only log in using your own account.
What if someone else used my ID and answered the quiz?
The certificate will be generated based on the ID used during login. Therefore, it is important to ensure that only you and your Mentor Teacher have access to your login details.
Can I use a mobile phone to answer the quiz?
Yes, you may use a laptop, tablet, or mobile phone. However, your device should be in landscape mode, and you are advised to have a stable internet connection to avoid interruptions.
When can I start the quiz?
You may start the quiz at any time between 7:00 AM and 7:00 PM on your assigned zone date.
Can I retake the quiz?
No, only one (1) attempt is allowed. Once you click “Start”, you will not be able to retake the quiz. It is recommended to begin earlier within the allocated time.
When does the timer start?
The timer will begin once you click the “Start” button and cannot be paused.
What if there is an error in a question?
Please inform your Mentor Teacher immediately so that the organisers can be notified. You may refresh the page after the issue has been resolved.
What if I get disconnected during the quiz?
You can log in again and continue from where you left off. However, please note that the timer will continue running.
What if I don’t have time to click “Submit”?
Your answers are automatically saved as you progress, so they will still be recorded.
What if I do not have a suitable device or internet access?
If you do not have access to a suitable device or stable internet connection, you may use a NADI Centre, which provides facilities for students to access online services.
Please check with your Mentor Teacher or the nearest NADI Centre in advance to confirm availability (Link to List of NADI Centres on NSC website)
When will I receive my certificate?
Certificates can be downloaded from the Mentor Teacher’s profile after the Preliminary Level. Only students who complete the quiz will receive a certificate.
