24 July 2020 – The Working Group on Capacity Building and Awareness under the Malaysia Open Science Alliance is developing a training module for Training of Trainers on Data Stewardship for Open Science. The training module consists of two parts: Part I – Open Science Skills and Part II – Data Stewardship. The one-day Training Module Evaluation Workshop (I) on Open Science Skills was organized by Academy of Sciences Malaysia and attended by members of Malaysia Open Science Alliance Working Group Capacity Building and Awareness, and Certified Data Stewards. The focus of the discussion was centred on refining learning objectives and enriching teaching materials and assessment portfolios. Following this workshop, another workshop which is Training Module Evaluation Workshop (II) on Data Stewardship will be organized on 25th August 2020 to discuss and consolidate inputs for Training Module “Data Stewardship”.
