Ir. Ts. Choo Kok Beng FASc.PJK, Andersonian from Ipoh, Perak  is  a  civil engineer and built assets appraisal and rehabilitation expert. He was President of the Technological Association of Malaysia, lnstitution of Engineers Malaysia, Malaysian Service Providers Confederation, board member of Board of Engineers Malaysia and Malaysian Board of Technologists, Founding Senior Fellow and Secretary- General of the ASEAN Academy of Engineering and  Technology and member of the Malaysian Standards and Accreditation Council.

He is currently member of the National Productivity Council as champion for the Professional Services Productivity Nexus and actively involved in professional civil societies and statutory bodies.
